Privacy Policy

Data we collect
- Account data: name, email, phone, affiliation, and password (stored as a hash).
- Membership data: tier, validity, proof of student or professional status, and payment history, including the bank transfer receipts you upload. Receipts are visible only to you and IIFLL admins and are used solely to verify payment.
- Learning data: course progress, quiz results, assignments, certificates, and CPD records with their evidence.
- Expert Directory profile, only if you consent to being listed.
- Messages you send through the contact, data contribution, or takedown forms.
What we do not store
- Text you analyse in the Legal Text Analyzer is processed in your browser and is not sent to the server.
- Conversations with the AI Assistant are passed to the model provider to generate answers and are not stored in IIFLL’s database. Only the daily message count is recorded for quota purposes.
- Bank login details, PINs, and card numbers. You pay from your own bank; IIFLL keeps only the receipt you upload.

Your rights
- Access and correct your data on the Account page.
- Withdraw consent to being listed in the Expert Directory at any time.
